Set up Your Pick Up Time For This Saturday!!!!

All owners of Muse Pointers second litter should call me and set up a time to pick up your puppies this Saturday.  Appointments begin at 1 P.M. Saturday afternoon and will last for one week.  After a week if you have not picked up your puppy, they will go to the next person in line that wants them.  Please contact me and let me know when you can pick the puppy up.  All puppies will have their shots and will have their AKC paperwork ready to be filled out.

Here are some other pictures of the puppies just playing. They are fun, but they are a lot of work, and though we will be glad to see them go to their new homes, there is always a part of you that misses them.

We have sure enjoyed them, as will you!  Again, get in touch with us, as Saturday is the pick-up date, and if you can't make it Saturday, we can make other arrangements for  you to pick up your puppy.  Look forward to seeing everyone again, and seeing our second litter head off to their new homes!  I'm sure their mother Stevie will be sad to see them go, but with all the hard work, I'm sure she won't mind, she's been tuckered out trying to keep up with seven puppies!!!

Meal Time!!!!

The pups got their first meal on their own today.  We mixed up some cornflakes and warm milk in a glass pan, and man did they go to town on that stuff!  You can see from the pictures that there almost wasn't enough room for all of them at the pan (we had to help a few of the shy ones).

The pups are also getting bold as some are escaping from the whelping box now.  Looks like it's time to move them outside onto the carport in their new pen!  That should happen this weekend, will show pictures of the move once it's complete.  Stay tuned for more posts!

The Newest Litter All Have Homes!

Well, in less than a week all the members of the newest litter have found themselves new homes.  All puppies have been spoken for and deposits paid.  For those new owners, stay tuned to the site for more updates over the next three weeks leading up to the time you pick up your dog.

For those that missed out, please stay tuned into the site as well, as there is a good chance we will have another litter shortly.

Maggie-From Rope Training to Pointing and Honoring

Well, after the loss of the final of the Fab Five, we've been reduced to basically two rookies.  Maggie and her father Smokie are all that are left and have been in need of some serious training.  This is their third outing of the season (soooo not enough), but they did fairly well and are progressing along very nicely.

We bought 12 birds and went to our lease to do the training.  Smokie got zero rope time and did very well, once he was by himself.  He did struggle a bit once Maggie was with him as they wanted to compete, but that will come with more training.

As you can tell, not really "quail woods" we were training them in, but we did have a few singles make it into the rough areas for some good training.  Anyhow, Maggie is the first and only Muse Pointer to be labeled as truly a bird dog (all the others have gone as pets, you can check them out here).

Anyhow, that's an update on our Muse Pointer that we kept.  We are steadily dwindling down in numbers as it looks like after tomorrow there will be only one puppy left.  Keep checking the blog for more updates on the pups and the litters!

Only 3 More Left!!!!

We've got 2 females and one male left out of the latest litter.  Here are some pictures of three available.

This is one of the females.  We call her "Spot" because of the single spot she has in the middle of her back.

This is the other female, we call her Tiny.  She's the smallest of the litter, but has plenty of spunk, and to me has the cutest face of the bunch.

This is the only male left.  We don't have a nickname for him yet, but he is very feisty and has a great personality.  He's always in the mix when the puppies are tussling.

Taking orders on the New Litter!

This Sunday, February 3rd, we will begin taking orders on the newest litter here at Muse Pointers!  The puppies turned 3 weeks old today and will be available for pickup Saturday March 2nd.  Puppies are $500 and it takes $100 deposit to claim your Muse Pointer.  Please contact us at 863-673-1688 (if I don't know you or your number, please don't text me, sorry too many scammers out there) or musepointers@yahoo.com to set up an appointment to come view the puppies.

They are getting bigger by the minute!  They have started to shape their little personalities as playtime has become quite rambuncious!  Here are a few photos to show some of the beautiful puppies we have available.  Remember, we have 3 males and 4 females, with the pick of the litter more than likely being a female (leaving only 2 females left).
